Event Modern Age

An enormous, very polite lizard surfaces in the bay and stares at the skyline. Sell tickets, or ask it nicely to leave.
This event can occur from the Modern Age through The Beyond.
An enormous, very polite lizard has surfaced in the bay and is staring at the skyline. Film crews are already arriving.
Making the choice
Events arrive as a card over your city. Pick one of its choices; a choice that needs resources you don't have is greyed out. A building left in ruins does nothing until you tap it and choose Repair, which costs part of its price.
