Event Medieval Age
An Imp With a Pickaxe
A small, cheerful imp has tunnelled up through the quarry floor. He says he digs for gold, claims walls for fun, and works twice as fast after a friendly slap on the back.
This event can occur from the Medieval Age through the Renaissance.
An affectionate nod
This is one of Erapolis's homage events: a fond wink at the city builders and strategy games that came before it, told with Erapolis's own characters and words. Like every homage event, it is optional flavour: one of its choices always costs nothing, and none of them stands in the way of your city.
Making the choice
Events arrive as a card over your city. Pick one of its choices; a choice that needs resources you don't have is greyed out. A building left in ruins does nothing until you tap it and choose Repair, which costs part of its price.
